unpacktechwithmadhu.com is a platform where I share in-depth technical insights on Azure, Cloud Computing, AI, and leadership.

I am Madhubanti Jash, a DevOps Lead with a strong foundation in Java development. My journey from Java developer to DevOps has provided me with valuable experience in cloud technologies, automation, and modern software delivery practices. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others navigate their own career paths.

Over the past 15+ years, I have worked with global organizations across Germany, Poland, and India, collaborating with diverse teams and delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions.

I'm looking for my next permanent position as a Cloud Architect, DevOps Lead, Cloud Economist (FinOps), or DevOps Advocate, where I can combine technical leadership with community engagement to build innovative cloud solutions and empower developers.

In addition to my professional role, I am a passionate trainer, conducting sessions on Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps, and cloud technologies. Outside of work, I love writing technical blogs, speaking at meetups,

composing poems and reading novels.
